From January to September 2022, the average number of employees for the full range of furniture manufacturing enterprises in Russia (excluding external part-timers) reached 121,672 persons. This represents a 1.9% decrease to the corresponding period of the previous year.
The share of medium and large enterprises accounted to 47.2%, with 57,467 persons of staff. This average is an equivalent of 1.2% increase year-over-year.
