At the end of 2021, the total supply of flexible office spaces, including coworkings, in Moscow reached 254 thousand square meters. This represents a 34% increase year-over-year.
Approximately 127 thousand sq. m are currently under constructions, with some additional 72 thousand sq. m in a “build-to-suit” format.
During the last 5 years, the average annual increase in the supply of flexible office spaces in Moscow was 42%. Like classic offices, the flexible spaces segment has shown notable resilience in the crisis year of 2020 and a significant recovery in 2021, even though some sites of both network and non-network operators have been closed since the beginning of the pandemic.
