From April to June 2021, the volume of household spending in Russia reached approximately 15 087 billion rubles. This represents a 38.4% increase to the corresponding period of the previous year in current prices, not adjusted for inflation.
Adjusted by price deflator 109.2, the change of Russian household spending at comparable prices amounts to plus 26.7% to the same period of the previous year.
The share of manufactured goods within the total household spending amounted to 35.1% in the reporting months. This is down 2.9% from the same period a year ago.
