The biennial trade show, themed “Beyond the Furniture Towards the Future,” will provide industry professionals with a comprehensive platform for networking and knowledge exchange across the design spectrum.
The event will maintain its focused approach on three core sectors: Function & Components, Materials & Nature, and Textiles & Machinery. However, the 2026 edition expands its scope to include emerging applications in recreational vehicles, caravans, motorhomes, and marine interiors, reflecting the growing convergence of design concepts across these sectors. This cross-sectional approach addresses the increasing relevance of interior design solutions for subcontractors operating in these specialized markets.
Surface innovation and digital transformation
Surfaces will receive particular attention as they undergo significant transformation in both design and production processes. The integration of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence and digital printing, is reshaping manufacturing approaches while maintaining the essential sensory and textural qualities that define premium materials.
