International suppliers reshape furniture sourcing landscape

More than 300 companies from 25 countries have registered for imm cologne 2026, which takes place January 20 – 23 in Cologne. The reconceptualised B2B sourcing platform presents market-driven solutions for the international furniture sector under the central theme “World of Interiors”, featuring a diverse mix of established furniture brands, international groups, specialized manufacturers, and trading companies alongside OEM specialists.

Diverse exhibitor portfolio and international showcases

The trade fair’s confirmed exhibitor list includes establishments such as Arocca, BOAS, BOFIGO Grup, the German Federal Association of Furniture & Kitchen Retailers (BVDM), Deutsche Post, Elettroidea, the Technical College for the Furniture Trade (Fachschule des Möbelhandels), HealthCare Europe, Justwise Group, KUKA (HK) Trade, Kuka Sleep, Man Wah Furniture Manufacturing, MEBEL STIL-M, Oumazing International, Standard, Sweetnight, UE Furniture and Zijlstra.

The event is complemented by a number of country pavilions. In 2026, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Romania, Japan, Taiwan and Turkey each have their own dedicated pavilion featuring a curated selection of products from their nation’s manufacturers.

Product categories and structured hall layout

The trade fair presents a large variety of products tailored to entry-level to mid-range price points. The top four product categories reflected in the exhibitor list are tables and chairs (138 exhibitors), upholstered furniture (97 exhibitors), bedroom furniture and accessories (91 exhibitors) and dining room furniture (88 exhibitors).

These focal points are mirrored in imm cologne’s hall layout: Halls 10.1 and 10.2 are dedicated to European manufacturers in the home and upholstered furniture segments, along with related product categories, while Halls 4.2 and 5.2 host international sourcing specialists and OEM suppliers, particularly those offering seating, tables and compact living solutions. This structured approach makes imm cologne a reliable point of reference for buyers, including those from retail chains, associations and online mail order companies, enabling efficient product selection and market-ready sourcing across the consumer-oriented interior design sector.
