Market Momentum and Exhibitor Response

India’s corporate wellness market, valued at USD 2.5 billion, is projected to reach USD 4 billion by 2033, signaling growing corporate investment in employee well-being and ergonomic workplace design. The office furniture market itself currently stands at USD 4.81 billion and is anticipated to reach USD 7.28 billion by 2030, expanding at a compound annual growth rate of 8.66 percent.
Dixit noted that the debut’s overwhelming response reinforces expectations for larger editions ahead. “Through ORGATEC India, we aim to continue connecting global expertise with India’s design and manufacturing strengths to create healthier, smarter and more sustainable workplaces of the future,” he stated.
Focus on Sustainability and Wellness
The conference program explored key themes including human-centric workplace strategy, sustainable and net-zero buildings, the role of artificial intelligence in modern offices, and design thinking for productivity and well-being. The parallel Workplace Dialogue platform featured sessions on designing for digital transformation, women leaders in workplace design, and innovation in smart workplace environments, bringing together architects, designers, HR leaders, and workplace strategists to exchange insights on the evolving nature of office spaces.

The event received backing from major industry associations including the Architects, Engineers & Surveyors’ Association (AESA), Manufacturers’ Association for Information Technology (MAIT), and National Association of Software and Service Companies (NASSCOM).
