The spoga+gafa trade fair is setting benchmarks yet again with a high degree of international participation and 14 nearly filled exhibition halls from 16 to 18 June. Achieving approximately 96 percent occupancy of the exhibition space and demonstrating a robust rebooking rate, spoga+gafa perpetuates its previous success.
This premier global event has already attracted over 1,850 exhibitors from 58 countries, marking an uptick in the number of exhibitors from intercontinental regions as well as from Europe and the DACH area compared to 2023. The representation from European and North American companies, in particular, has seen a noteworthy rise from the previous year. The lineup includes a mix of industry heavyweights, renowned brands, as well as innovative newcomers and start-ups.
Stefan Lohrberg, the Director of spoga+gafa, views the current booking status as a pivotal, encouraging indicator amid industry challenges. He stated, “The solid backing for spoga+gafa from various companies, despite some daunting market conditions, underscores a robust industry stance. As the cornerstone for business ventures within the green industry, spoga+gafa heralds new and unmatched business prospects, benefiting the entire green sector through its triumph.”
The focal theme for this year, “Responsible Gardens”, has piqued considerable interest across the sector, becoming a central point of discussion throughout the fair. The theme will be explored comprehensively through a series of expert-led lectures and discussions at the “Forum Garden Cafe”. Attendees can also look forward to a rich event program that includes the “Boulevard of Ideas”, the “POS Green Solution Islands”, the “Outdoor Lifestyle Trend Show”, and guided thematic tours, all designed to highlight industry challenges and future solutions.
