The interior design scene’s early summer get-together in Cologne

4-7 Jun 2023 • imm Spring Edition

The imm Spring Edition, which will take place in June, is all about face-to-face dialogue in an exclusive atmosphere. In addition to its role as a platform for unique business opportunities and a source of inspiration, the imm Spring Edition aims in particular to be a networking event for the who’s who of the international interior design community. The complementary event programme includes a reception at the end of the first day of the trade fair as well as a Speakers’ Corner and a café situated at the centre of the action. Planning is already in full swing, and the growing number of registrations is a clear sign of the exhibitors’ interest in Germany’s biggest interior design event.

There are still four months to go until the imm Spring Edition opens, and the important industry gathering is already keenly anticipated. “We believe that imm cologne is the beating heart of the international interior design scene in Germany, which is why we made plans well in advance to participate in the special format in June,” says Leo Lübke, Managing Director of furniture manufacturer COR Sitzmöbel. “We’re looking forward to finally getting back together in Cologne and seeing customers again, meeting industry partners and making new contacts.”

In addition to COR Sitzmöbel, other well-known companies including KFF, Asco, Bielefelder Werkstätten, Leolux, Kettnaker, Freifrau, Janua, Brühl & Sippold, Christine Kröncke, Werther, Artisan, Richard Lampert, Raumplus, Schönbuch, Signet, Sanktjohanser, Jan Kurtz, IP Design, Erpo, Sudbrock and Müller Möbelfabrikation will take part in the innovative Pure Galleries format. The Home segment is also registering more and more confirmations of participation.

The carefully planned event programme offers ample opportunities for networking. The Pure Galleries format, designed in the style of the Art Cologne art fair, will create just the right ambience for the industry reunion.

Reception on the first day of the trade fair
At the end of the first day of the trade fair, exhibitors and trade visitors can look forward to a reception event in the Pure Galleries area in Hall 11. It will be the ideal opportunity to raise a glass to the start of the trade fair in the company of both new and long-standing business contacts against a backdrop of artistically presented furnishing solutions. Live music will help to create a relaxed atmosphere for guests to engage in an active exchange of ideas.

Speakers’ Corner and café as a central meeting point
In the middle of the Pure Galleries area, the Speakers’ Corner and the open-plan café will act as a central information and communication hub for trade fair participants. Inspired by a Greek agora, this meeting point will be the beating heart of the trade fair. On the Speakers’ Corner stage, the audience can look forward to lectures, presentations and panel discussions on industry-relevant topics, innovations and developments over the course of the trade fair. The aim of the forum is to impart industry knowledge while facilitating networking. The adjacent café will serve as a meeting point for face-to-face encounters and as a place to take a break amid the hustle and bustle of the event.
