The Meble Polska Fair, the largest presentation of the offer of Polish furniture manufacturers worldwide, will be held in February after a one-year break. The stands during the 2022 edition of the event have been booked by all the largest exhibitors so far, as well as by many companies which have decided to present their offer in Poznań for the first time. The HOME DECOR Interior Design Fair for business will complement the furniture manufacturers’ exposition, with exhibitors presenting the latest trends in decoration, fabrics, lighting and kitchen and bathroom equipment.
Safe Business
MTP Group, the organiser of the MEBLE POLSKA Fair, took all kinds of precautions in line with the recommendations of the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate, such as keeping the limit of persons per square metre of exhibition space, monitoring the obligation to cover mouths and noses, regular disinfection of surfaces, widening passageways and increasing ventilation in exhibition halls. But that is not all.
In line with the expectations of furniture buyers from abroad, restrictions on admission to the exhibition similar to those in place at other foreign trade fairs for the furniture industry have been introduced. The access to the MEBLE POLSKA 2022 exhibition is granted exclusively to vaccinated, recovered and tested persons.
During MEBLE POLSKA trade fair all COVID vaccines approved in the European Union are accepted, i.e. Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca and Johnson&Johnson. A vaccination is considered to be valid when it is complete (i.e. 2 doses for Pfizer, Moderna and AstraZeneca and 1 dose for Johnson&Johnson) and when at least 14 days have elapsed since the last dose.
Fair participants can also perform a paid antigen test on the premises of MTP Poznań Expo grounds prior to entering the event. Such solutions have proved successful in other European countries, including Germany, Italy and France.
Further potential changes to the applicable regulations will depend on COVID pandemic developments.
