Leading brands made in Spain confirm participation

20-23 Sep 2022 • Feria Hábitat Valencia

Expectations are high for Hábitat 2022 as it starts marketing its next edition. Even with ten months still to go before it takes place, the next Feria Hábitat Valencia, set to run from 20th to 23rd September at Feria Valencia, has prompted huge interest amongst the leading manufacturers of “made in Spain” interiors, which have already chosen Hábitat as one of the main events on next year’s global trade fair calendar.

This interest has in fact translated already into many of these companies – including the top names in each of the sectors that comprise the 2022 Hábitat offering – already confirming that they will be taking part in next September’s showcase.

In the field of design, for example, brands such as Andreu World, Gandia Blasco, Treku, Sancal, Vondom, Point and Sky Line have confirmed they will be exhibiting, whilst another of Hábitat’s main content areas, upholstery, has already seen some of Spain’s top manufacturers, including Fama, Pedro Ortiz, Acomodel, Divani, Chitra o Tajoma sign up to exhibit at September’s fair in Valencia. Further, major sleep brands such as Gomarco and Sonpura are also returning to the fair.

The biggest exhibition of contemporary furniture
One of the sections of the fair that is most significant commercially, contemporary furniture, is set to be substantially larger at this upcoming edition, Hábitat 2022, as is amply demonstrated by the fact that almost all the foremost names in this segment of the interiors industry have already booked their space at Feria Valencia. These include Muebles Ros, Salcedo Muebles, Jotajotape, Lagrama, Tegar Mobel, Azor, Antaix, Ramis, Lanmobeland Baixmoduls.

An event with huge appeal
These initial confirmations mean Feria Hábitat Valencia is on track to fulfil the positive expectations it has for the 2022 edition of the fair, which the entire industry is so looking forward to. “Next September, Hábitat is set to become an unmissable fixture on the global trade fair calendar, with huge power to attract visitors and exhibitors and offering a safe space that will foster business between exhibitors and visitors”, claims the fair’s director,Daniel Marco.

The sector “is responding brilliantly to the great appeal of the next edition of Hábitat”, says Marco, highlighting that Valencia will be World Design Capital next year, “which will bring thousands of international professionals, architects, interior designers and influencers to Valencia at the time our fair is taking place”, he explains.

In fact, the organisers of València World Design Capital 2022 recently launched the programme of events that will be rolling out in the city over the next year. With Hábitat running alongside Espacio Cocina SICI and Home Textiles Premium by Textilhogar in September, Feria Valencia will be providing some of the most significant content of the programme.

The three fairs taking place together will also be an immensely appealing aspect of Hábitat 2022 and is why the upcoming show will have enormous power to attract highly professional visitors.

Feria Hábitat Valencia is the main trade fair for “made in Spain” interiors and is already the most representative, international and influential event for the industry in Spain, offering an extensive showcase covering furniture, lighting, décor, upholstery and sleep. 32,796 visitors attended the last edition of the fair, with 15% coming from 70 countries. The exhibition featured 503 exhibitors (24% of them international) over an area of 65,000 square metres.
