Jakarta established itself as Southeast Asia’s premier furniture and manufacturing industry hub through the successful execution of three major international exhibitions in an innovative 3-in-1 format. The integrated event brought together interzum jakarta (Trade Fair for Furniture Production and Interior Design), International Hardware Fair Indonesia, and IFMAC & WOODMAC (International Furniture Manufacturing Components Exhibition & International Woodworking Machinery Exhibition) from September 24-27, 2025, at JIExpo Kemayoran.
This groundbreaking collaboration between Koelnmesse, Amara Group, and WAKENI presented an integrated platform that connected the entire industrial value chain, from raw materials and components to the latest design solutions and manufacturing technologies. The unified format allowed visitors to access three complementary exhibitions with a single ticket, expanding business opportunities, technology exchange, and strategic collaboration across industries.
Comprehensive Industry Ecosystem
Following its showcase success at IFFINA 2024, interzum jakarta evolved into a full-fledged international exhibition and became an official part of the interzum brand family, the world’s most influential exhibition for furniture production and interior design. The event served as a dynamic and comprehensive marketplace for the interior design component, material and technology industry in Southeast Asia.
International Hardware Fair Indonesia, supported by EISENWARENMESSE’s reputation, presented a complete spectrum of the hardware industry from hand tools and engineering equipment to woodworking and construction machinery, and the latest technologies in security systems and accessories. The platform strengthened the supply chain of the construction and manufacturing industry in the region.
IFMAC & WOODMAC showcased production solutions and advanced manufacturing technologies from both global and local industry players. IFMAC focused on furniture components and materials, while WOODMAC presented woodworking machinery and processing innovations, supporting the sector’s transformation toward digitalization and automation.
Strategic Platform for Regional Growth
“The concept is simple but powerful: one ticket, three trade fairs, a complete sourcing and networking experience. Whether you’re a buyer, a manufacturer, a designer or a supplier, this 3-in-1 format is designed to bring more value, more opportunities, and more efficiency — all under one roof,” said Stephanie Sim, Regional Division Director, Koelnmesse Pte Ltd. “With strong support from global players, industry associations, and curated programs such as Re:Create Stage, Material Library, and Business Matching, we believe this event will accelerate cross-sector collaboration and bring real value to all participants.”
The exhibition featured enriching programs including hosted buyer programs, business matching, industry talks, DIY workshops, and the Mobile Space Interior — an innovative interior design showcase addressing urban living challenges. The Re:Create Stage hosted talks by key opinion leaders, exhibitors, and industry associations, while the Material Library, curated by Playo, highlighted emerging material trends.
“The objective of integrating these three major exhibitions is to establish a comprehensive industrial ecosystem that supports connection and mutual growth,” said Etty Anggraeini, Director, PT Amara Pameran International. “By bringing together key players across the entire value chain from raw materials and components to advanced technology, interior solutions, and finished products this unified platform encourages meaningful cross-sector collaboration.”
Leading industry associations, including ISWA (Indonesian Sawmill and Woodworking Association), ASMINDO (Indonesian Furniture and Craft Industry Association), and HDII (Indonesian Society of Interior Designers), supported the event, reinforcing its collaborative spirit and industry relevance.
